kembarqq Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use kembarqq and how we keep that data protected. We operate an online sportsbook and entertainment platform accessible across Indonesia in supported jurisdictions including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan. Your privacy matters to us, and this notice explains our practices in plain language.
When you access kembarqq through Android browsers, iOS Safari, or mobile-first web interfaces, you share certain information with us—your email, name, identity documents for verification, payment details, and betting activity. We collect this information only because operating a regulated platform in your region requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Our servers and payment processors sit in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. This means your data may be processed abroad, subject to the laws of those jurisdictions as well as Indonesian law where we operate. We take steps to encrypt and restrict access to sensitive information, but we remain transparent about where and how that data lives.
What we collect and why
We collect your email, full name, phone number, and date of birth when you create an account. We require a government-issued ID—typically a KTP (Indonesian ID card)—to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We also collect your address, which we cross-check against your registered identity.
Payment information is handled by third-party processors who manage DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers; processors retain those securely on their infrastructure. We log deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps, and settlement status so we can reconcile your account and investigate disputes.
We track your betting activity—which markets you view, which bets you place, when you log in, and which device you use—to prevent fraud, monitor for irregular betting patterns, and improve our platform. This data helps us spot unauthorized access and unauthorized transactions on your account.
Third parties and data sharing
Our payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and banking partners) receive your name, account number, and transaction amount. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and regulated by Indonesian financial authorities. We share your identity documents with compliance vendors who verify that you are not politically exposed and that you are not on sanctions lists. We do not share your betting data with marketing firms or affiliate networks.
If law enforcement or a regulator in your jurisdiction asks for your data under a valid legal process, we will comply. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our users, prevent fraud, or fulfill legal obligations.
Data protection essentials
- Your KTP and financial data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access to sensitive data is restricted to staff who need it for compliance or fraud prevention.
- We retain your data for as long as your account exists, plus 5 years for regulatory records.
- You can request deletion of non-regulatory data, but we may retain betting records as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language preference and betting slip contents. These are essential for the platform to function. We do not use third-party analytics cookies that track you across websites. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to place bets or manage your account.
Your rights and contact
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate information—for example, if your registered address is outdated. You can request deletion of data we no longer need, though we will retain regulatory and audit records as required by Indonesian gaming authorities and anti-money-laundering law.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Indonesian Data Protection Authority (Otoritas Perlindungan Data Pribadi) if your complaint involves a breach of data protection law.
This policy is current as of the date published on this page. We may update it if our practices change or if new regulations require it. Material changes will be notified to you by email. Continued use of kembarqq means you accept the updated policy.
